- CUNYfirst – For access to BlackBoard and final grades.

Below are step-by-step guides (with pictures and links) on how to access your Baruch email/username and CUNYfirst/BlackBoard accounts.
Getting a Baruch ID Card:
All new College Now students who take classes at Baruch College must have a Baruch College ID. Students must go to the ID center to have their ID photo taken. (ID card optional for students taking fully-online College Now courses)
The ID center is located inside the Newman Library Building (151 E. 25th Street, Room 133)
ID Center Hours
Monday to Thursday: 9:30 am – 1:00 pm & 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm & Friday: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm & 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
*** Please ensure to have your EMPLID number before going to the ID Center. Your EMPLID number can be found on top left corner of your acceptance email. If you’re not sure of your EMPLID number, please contact us (Collegenow@baruch.cuny.edu) so we can provide you with your EMPLID.
Parental Consent Form:
Accepted Fall 2023 students must submit a parental consent form by the due date, to secure their seat in the program. Please complete the form and email it to: CollegeNow@baruch.cuny.edu.
Accessing Final Grades & Transcripts
Students can access final grades by viewing their “Unofficial Transcript” on CUNYfirst. Please see below steps on how to view an unofficial transcript (for detailed instruction guide click here).
- Log into your CUNYfirst account.
- Navigate to “Self-Service”, then “Student Center.”
- Under the “Academic” section, click on the “other academic..” drop down menu and select “Transcript: View Unofficial.”
In order to transfer your College Now credits to a non-CUNY college or university (e.g., SUNY, private, out-of-state) you must submit your Official Transcript to the receiving college/university. See below links on how to obtain an official transcript from the Baruch College Registrar’s Office. Note, only the Registrar’s Office can issue official transcripts.
Note: You do not need to request a transcript if you will be attending CUNY for your undergraduate studies. All you need to do is provide the respective CUNY college with your EMPLID# and inform them you attended College Now. If you participated in multiple College Now programs you must request an official transcript from each program’s Registrar Office.
